Pet Policy
During the reservation process:
– Guests must notify at the time of booking if they will be accompanied by an assistance, guide, service, or emotional support animal.
– For reservations made through OSHPITALITY GROUP S.A.S.’s website, guests must review the terms and restrictions detailed in the reservation confirmation.
– The hotel will apply a daily fee per night and per pet, which will be charged at check-in. Additionally, the hotel will designate specific rooms for guests with pets, which may result in a change from the initially assigned room type
At check-in:
Guests are responsible for presenting the following documents:
Valid vaccination certificate, including the most recent rabies vaccine, specifying the product name, batch number, date of administration, validity period, and veterinarian’s signature.
Assistance dog certification, issued by national or international centers authorized and recognized by the Colombian Association of Animal-Assisted Therapy and Related Activities, or by the entity designated by the Colombian Agricultural Institute (ICA). The ID card must include:
– A photo of the animal.
– Name and breed.
– Owner or user’s name and identification.
– Date of issuance and expiration of the ID card.
– Validity of vaccinations and training center.
Pet restrictions:
The entry of dogs belonging to breeds considered potentially dangerous or their crossbreeds, as established by the National Government, is prohibited. These breeds include, but are not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogue de Bordeaux, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Japanese Tosa, and any other breeds determined by the authorities in the future.
During the stay:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, the following conditions must be respected:
1. Ensure that your pet or assistance animal is friendly towards people, especially children, behaves well, and is in good health.
2. Do not allow your pet to use the room’s towels, sheets, blankets, or beds. OSHPITALITY GROUP S.A.S. provides a special pet kit for this purpose.
3. Ensure that your pet relieves itself outside the room and away from public areas, gardens, or social areas. Always carry the necessary items to pick up and properly dispose of waste.
4. Pets must always be under control while on hotel premises: in crates, on a leash, and/or wearing a muzzle, as required by law.
5. Owners are solely responsible for any damage their pet causes to hotel facilities or other guests. Consequently, the owner releases OSHPITALITY GROUP S.A.S. from any liability for damages or injuries caused to third parties and agrees to indemnify the hotel against any claims or legal actions.
Additional conditions:
– Pets must comply with health regulations required by law, including a valid vaccination card.
– Only one pet per room is allowed, limited to domestic dogs or cats.
– Potentially dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle at all times, in accordance with Article 126 of the National Police Code
Restricted areas:
For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the following common areas of the hotel: restaurants, pool, spa, and bars. Guests may leave their pet in the room or in the care of a trusted person if they wish.
Additional services:
If guests require veterinary services, grooming, spa treatments, food, or snacks for their pet, the hotel can recommend suitable establishments. Please contact the reception or concierge for assistance.
