The only place I will stay in Cartagena!!! You are treated like family from the second you walk in. The front desk staff and Camilo were the best!! Camilo was so friendly and walked me to my room, always assuring I was having a great time. They also great you with a drink! The rooms are so clean and well kept. The le labo products truly add the perfect to touch. My favorite part about OSH is the breakfast!!!! Wow, I felt like a queen every morning. All of the local fruits, eggs, cheeses, fresh baked goods, squeezed juices - wow I dream of this breakfast. The pools are incredible and the grounds are so picturesque. Excellent hotel ! My family and I loved it! Very nice and comfortable place, with delicious food (excellent value for money). If I could give this hotel more stars I would. Some of my friends and I escaped a catfish Air Bnb and booked rooms in this hotel as a last minute emergency booking. We were left speechless at all the details that the hotel had to offer. Everything about this hotel is beautiful- the design, the facilities, the staff, the energy. All of the hotel staff looked like they were just happy to be there, and happy working with each other. They were all very smiley and happy to be of service. The rooms were immaculately presented and beautifully designed. They were a little dark in the night however, since the lighting in the room is quite minimal. The maintenance team could be seen throughout the hotel tending to repairs and improvements- they were very discreet and quiet but it was great to see them taking such good care of the hotel. The food in the restaurants was exquisite, as were the drinks. The pools were both very enjoyable and the aura of the outdoor spaces I found to be very inviting. The location of this hotel is amazing as well, it’s perfectly located in Getsemani so everything is pretty walkable and we definitely felt safe staying here and walking around even at night. Someone was on the door to welcome us around the clock. Overall, this stay was heavenly and I was very sad to have to leave.
